Discussion Points To Ponder...

Bring these up at your next meeting or water cooler engagement!


1. Always stay on the customer's side!           
 
2. A salesperson is like a doctor, they give their clients a prescription to buy.

3. Caterers who believe that by selling smaller orders to corporations, they get “their foot in the door” for the bigger ones, usually only get more small orders. 
 
4. Your company's phone number and web address should be easy to find on all your marketing materials.        

5. Marketing Idea: create a traveling booth to display at shopping malls. Just go to the management office of the mall to ask how much it would cost to setup a booth or display buffet over a weekend. Then, just meet and greet potential clients!                 

6. Just because the phone is ringing doesn’t mean that your marketing is working. Your marketing messages need to also make the caller excited to speak with a salesperson.
